International orders are carefully checked and packed before shipment.

Shipping to Hong Kong

Orders to Hong Kong are shipped by FedEx.

Customs & Import Charges

Orders to Hong Kong are shipped on a DAP basis.

Astrea does not collect import duties, taxes or other import-related charges at checkout.

Hong Kong generally does not impose customs duty or VAT/GST on ordinary jewellery imports. However, customs clearance is still required, and additional customs or import-related charges may apply depending on the shipment.

If any such charges are required, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

FedEx or local customs authorities may contact the recipient if additional information is required for clearance.
