Simple measurement for customers

◼︎ MINERALS (Rough stones and loose stones)

  • The maximum values for each dimension are measured in the order of length x width x height (mm) .
  • We will measure the stone using a digital caliper or ruler, based on the most protruding part of the stone.
  • For chamfered or irregularly shaped crystals, the most protruding part is used.

Tips for simple measurements

  • Place it on a ruler and check the length and width from above.
  • Measure the height from the side.
  • To prevent errors, avoid light reflections when taking measurements.

*Please also refer to the "palm comparison photo" in the product image for an idea of the actual size.

◼︎ Natural stone bracelet

1. How to measure size and fit

  • When measuring your bracelet size, measure around your relaxed wrist with your palm slightly open to give a more natural fit.
  • Avoid the bony areas of your wrist and measure around the narrowest part of your wrist.
  • The fit when wearing it will depend on your preference.
  • For those who want a snug fit, add 0.5 to 1 cm to the actual wrist size.
If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend going up 1 to 1.5cm in size.

2. How to measure your wrist size at home

  1. Please prepare a soft cloth tape measure or a thin string and ruler.
  2. Lightly wrap a tape measure or string around the narrowest part of your wrist.
  3. Don't tighten it too much, let it naturally fit your skin.
  4. For string, mark where the ends overlap and measure the length with a ruler.

*Rubber or stretchy bracelets are not suitable.
*Ideally, you should measure the inner circumference of a metal or wire bracelet you own.

◼︎ Earrings and ear cuffs

  • Place your earrings flat.
  • Measure the motif size (length x width) with a ruler.
  • Please refer to the product specifications for post length and thickness (usually 0.7mm x 10mm).
  • For cuff openings (ear cuffs), measure the width of the opening.
