Orders to Hong Kong are shipped by FedEx.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number.

FedEx shipping to Hong Kong is currently approximately HK$350.

The final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Damage During Delivery

Contact Astrea as soon as possible and include photographs showing the condition of the item and packaging.

We may contact FedEx and conduct an investigation before arranging the appropriate resolution.
