Astrea JEWELRY and ART
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the online store operated by Astrea JEWELRY and ART ("we", "our", or "the Store"). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
■ Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These Terms apply to all users ("you") of our services. In case of any conflict between these Terms and individually negotiated agreements, the individual agreement shall take precedence.
■ Article 2 (Order and Contract Formation)
1. A sales contract is formed when you place an item in the cart, proceed to the confirmation page, and click "Place Order".
2. We may cancel an order under the following circumstances:
(1) Incomplete or incorrect order information
(2) Payment authorization failure
(3) Other reasonable grounds deemed by the Store
■ Article 3 (Pricing and Product Information)
1. All prices include applicable taxes and are based on the amount shown at the time of order.
2. Prices may change without prior notice due to market fluctuations or other reasons.
3. Product images and descriptions may vary slightly depending on your viewing environment.
■ Article 4 (Payment)
1. Payments can be made by credit card, Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other methods designated by us.
2. All payments must be completed before shipping. Orders will be processed upon confirmation of payment.
■ Article 5 (Shipping and Delivery)
1. Orders will be shipped via our designated carrier, including international destinations.
2. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days (domestic) or 3–4 business days (international) of confirmation. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, holidays, or other factors.
3. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees (in local currency) are the responsibility of the customer.
■ Article 6 (Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations)
1. Due to the nature of our products (e.g., natural stone variations, handmade features), we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.
2. In the case of defective items or incorrect shipments, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for an eligible return or exchange.
3. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipment processing has begun.
■ Article 7 (Intellectual Property)
All content on our store (images, text, logos, designs, etc.) is owned by us or licensed third parties. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
■ Article 8 (Prohibited Conduct)
You must not:
1. Provide false or misleading information
2. Purchase products with the intent to resell
3. Disrupt or interfere with our service
4. Infringe upon the rights of other users or third parties
5. Violate public order, morals, or applicable laws
■ Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)
1. We shall not be liable for damages caused by natural disasters, communication failures, shipping delays, or other force majeure events.
2. We are not responsible for personal allergic reactions or injuries caused by product use unless due to our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
■ Article 10 (Suspension and Termination of Use)
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your order or access to our service without notice if you violate these Terms.
■ Article 11 (Changes to Terms)
We may revise these Terms without prior notice. Revised Terms shall take effect upon posting to our website.
■ Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
