◼︎ MINERALS CARE — Caring for Natural Stones and Raw Crystals
- Avoid direct sunlight, high humidity, and extreme dryness. Exposure may cause changes in color or texture.
- Do not expose to water or chemicals. Please remove during bathing, household chores, or skincare routines.
- Handle with care to avoid cracks or chips from drops or impact.
- Display raw stones on stable surfaces and avoid tipping.
- For cleansing, we recommend gentle methods such as moonlight or forest bathing. Sunlight, salt, or water may not suit certain stones.
◼︎ JEWELRY CARE — Caring for Fine Jewelry
- Daily Care: Gently wipe with a soft cloth (such as chamois) after use. Store separately to prevent scratches.
- Storage: Avoid storing in places exposed to heat, humidity, or sunlight.
- Gold (K10 / K14 / K18): Natural wear, scratches, and patina over time are part of the material’s character.
- Silver 925: Use a silver polishing cloth to care for tarnish (oxidation).

- We use durable Japanese-made wire designed for high-end jewelry. Avoid excessive pulling or bending.
- To reduce friction between beads, we use discreet silicone cushions. These are very small—please take care not to displace them during cleaning.
◼︎ Product Warranty & Aftercare
All of our pieces are carefully crafted using high-grade natural stones, solid 10K / 14K / 18K gold without plating, and 925 sterling silver. We hope you enjoy wearing your jewelry for years to come.
- Initial Defects: If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately upon inspection. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- Repair Services: Available from ¥7,700~ (subject to change). This includes chain breakage, stone dislodgement, or other structural issues depending on the condition.
- Request Procedure: Please access the repair request form via the QR code affixed to the bottom of the jewelry box. Be sure to include the Product ID shown near the code.
- Important: Repair services are only available for the original purchaser. Gift recipients will need to contact the purchaser for service access (details available in the QR instructions).
