For Jewelry:

Secured within a protective hard case to prevent movement
Outer packaging includes a cushioned shipping box
Interior design changes seasonally in our signature “Amira Original Color”
Sealed with an authenticity sticker to detect tampering
Premium cases are used for jewelry priced over ¥30,000

For Minerals:

Each piece is wrapped individually with soft padding based on its fragility
Additional cushioning ensures protection during long-distance transit
Same signature color interior and tamper-evident seal used for all packages

Even for lightweight or compact orders, such as FedEx International Economy shipments, the above careful packaging remains unchanged.

Please open your package with care using scissors or a blade, avoiding contact with the contents.
Natural stones may be delicate or irregular in form—handle gently and avoid dropping.
Jewelry items often include fine elements or mixed metals—keep away from water and impact.
We recommend saving all enclosed documents for future reference in case of repair or return.
If there are any issues with your item upon arrival, kindly contact us before removing it from its original packaging.
