Return & Exchange Policy for International Orders

Thank you for shopping with Astrea JEWELRY and ART. We carefully inspect and package each item before shipping. If you encounter any issues, please read the following guidelines and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

■ Upon Delivery – Please Check:

Are there any scratches, defects, or breakage?
Does the item match your order?
Are all accessories and documents included?

Returns and exchanges are subject to conditions. Please check before opening or wearing the item.

■ Important Notes Before Return

Include the original invoice with your return. Keep all packaging and labels intact.
Handle with clean hands and in a clean area. Avoid contact with perfume, cosmetics, or oils.
Items with signs of wear, stains, scratches, or odors may not be accepted.
All components including pouches and boxes must be returned undamaged.
We document all orders with photos and video prior to shipment.

■ If You Received a Defective or Incorrect Product

We will arrange for a refund or replacement after inspection.
Processing will be completed within 2 business days after confirmation of the return.
If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be provided.
Refund timing depends on your credit card company or payment provider.

■ Return Procedure

Return the item with all original packaging and documents.
Please use FedEx with tracking and insurance for international returns.
We cannot process returns sent by untracked couriers or if the package is lost.

No contact is made within 7 days of delivery
Return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size)
Item shows signs of use, wear, or damage
Perfume, cosmetics, tobacco smell, or dirt is detected
Invoice, packaging, tags, or accessories are missing
Item was not purchased through our official website
Item is marked as "non-returnable"
Minor size discrepancies due to natural material variations (e.g., a few millimeters)
If the product is deemed unsuitable for resale after our inspection

Due to the handmade nature of gemstone jewelry, size exchanges are not accepted. Please consult our Size Guide before purchasing.

🧾 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after the returned item is confirmed. The actual timing of credit to your account depends on your payment provider.
