Astrea JEWELRY and ART carefully prepares and packages each order before shipment.
Domestic Shipping in Japan
Orders within Japan are normally shipped within 2–3 business days after the order is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Some items may require additional preparation time. If a different shipping schedule applies, this will be stated on the relevant product page.
Domestic Shipping Methods
Orders within Japan are shipped via Japan Post using Yu-Pack or, for eligible items, Yu-Packet.
Tracking information will be provided after shipment where available.

Shipping within Japan is free of charge.
Estimated Domestic Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery within Japan typically takes approximately 1–3 days.

Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address, postal code, recipient name, telephone number, and other delivery information are entered accurately when placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, prolonged absence, refusal of delivery, or other circumstances attributable to the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
International Shipping
Astrea JEWELRY and ART offers international shipping to selected countries and regions.
Available shipping methods, shipping fees, and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and are shown at checkout or on our International Shipping page.
International orders are shipped with tracking using FedEx or another appropriate international carrier depending on the destination and shipping conditions.
Duties, Taxes and Customs
Unless otherwise stated, international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis.
Any applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region are the responsibility of the recipient.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Customs clearance procedures may affect the final delivery time.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, transportation conditions, local holidays, carrier operations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Incorrect Address, Refused Delivery or Unclaimed Shipments
For international orders, please ensure that all shipping and contact information is accurate and complete.
If an international shipment is returned to Astrea due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to complete customs procedures, prolonged absence, or failure to collect the shipment, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs, redelivery costs, duties, taxes, customs charges, or other related fees.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, or if you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photographs clearly showing the condition of the package and item.
We will review the details and, where appropriate, coordinate with the carrier to arrange the appropriate resolution.
