Shipping Policy for International Orders
At Astrea JEWELRY and ART, we use FedEx for all international shipments to ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery. We currently ship to the following countries:
- United States
- Canada
- Australia
- Singapore
- Hong Kong
- South Korea
- Taiwan
- Germany
- France
- Netherlands
- Japan (domestic orders)
Orders from countries not listed above will be automatically canceled and fully refunded. We do not accept orders placed via freight forwarding services.
■ Shipping Schedule & Delivery Time
- Standard items: Ships within 3–6 business days after order confirmation
- Pre-order items: Ships during the period indicated on each product page (e.g., Ships between Jul 22–29)
Estimated delivery time:
- Asia (South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore): 2–5 business days
- North America (USA, Canada): 3–6 business days
- Europe (France, Germany, Netherlands): 3–6 business days
- Oceania (Australia): 3–6 business days
- Hong Kong: 2–4 business days
■ Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the total package weight. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the discount will be applied automatically.
■ Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
Import duties, VAT (or other sales/import taxes), and customs clearance fees are not included in the product or shipping prices. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon or prior to delivery.
FedEx will collect any applicable fees directly from the recipient. Depending on your country's import system, you may receive a payment request before delivery is completed.
We cannot undervalue invoices or mark shipments as "gifts" to avoid customs fees.
■ Currency Display & Payment
Prices are displayed in your local currency based on your location settings. Final checkout will be processed in Japanese Yen (JPY). Your card issuer may apply conversion fees. Please check with your provider if unsure.
■ Failed Deliveries & Return Due to Address Issues
If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address or prolonged absence, you will be responsible for reshipping fees. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
- FedEx typically holds packages for up to 30 days, depending on local policies.
- After the holding period, unclaimed packages will be returned to us, and we will contact you for further arrangements.
■ Delivery Responsibility & Insurance
All international shipments are insured through FedEx up to the declared value. In the event of damage or loss, an official investigation will be initiated by FedEx. We will support the process, but final compensation decisions rest with the carrier.
Please inspect your package upon arrival and notify us immediately of any issues.
■ Pre-Order Terms
Pre-order items will be shipped according to the estimated schedule indicated on each product page. Please note that pre-orders are charged at checkout and cannot be canceled after submission unless otherwise specified.
Items marked as seasonal or limited may not be restocked once the pre-order period ends.
