A. Each item is thoroughly inspected before shipping, with confirmation stamped on the invoice. We also document the condition with photographs and video for secure handling.

Q. What if the item arrives defective?

A. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, we will offer a refund or replacement upon verification with our inspection records. We will respond within 2 business days after the return is confirmed. Please note that refunds depend on your credit card company’s schedule.

Q. Will I need to pay import duties or VAT?

A. Yes. Import duties, VAT (or other sales/import taxes), and customs clearance fees are not included in the product or shipping prices. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon or prior to delivery. FedEx will collect any applicable fees directly from the recipient. Depending on your country's import system, you may receive a payment request before delivery is completed. We cannot undervalue invoices or mark shipments as "gifts" to avoid customs fees.

A. All metal components used by Astrea are made from solid, unplated precious metals — including Silver 925, 10K, 14K, and 18K gold. We do not use plated or base metals.

Q. How should I choose the right bracelet size? Will the quality differ by size?

A. We recommend selecting a size that is approximately +1cm (approx. +0.4") larger than your actual wrist measurement for a comfortable fit.
For a snug fit, +0.5cm (approx. +0.2") may be suitable, though it might feel slightly tight depending on your wrist shape.
If you prefer a looser fit, please avoid exceeding +1.5cm (approx. +0.6"), as the bracelet may shift or slip off during movement.
