A. Each item is thoroughly inspected before shipping, with confirmation stamped on the invoice. We also document the condition with photographs and video for secure handling.

Q. What if the item arrives defective?

A. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, we will offer a refund or replacement upon verification with our inspection records. We will respond within 2 business days after the return is confirmed. Please note that refunds depend on your credit card company’s schedule.

Q. Will I need to pay import duties or VAT?

A. Yes. Import duties, VAT (or other sales/import taxes), and customs clearance fees are not included in the product or shipping prices. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon or prior to delivery. FedEx will collect any applicable fees directly from the recipient. Depending on your country's import system, you may receive a payment request before delivery is completed. We cannot undervalue invoices or mark shipments as "gifts" to avoid customs fees.

Q. What kind of metals are used in your jewelry?

A. All metal components used by Astrea are made from solid, unplated precious metals — including Silver 925, 10K, 14K, and 18K gold. We do not use plated or base metals.

Q. Will my piece look exactly like the sample photos? Is it fragile?

Each piece is crafted to meet Astrea’s quality standards and is carefully finished to resemble the sample images as closely as possible.
However, due to the natural variations in gemstones and occasional changes in bead availability, slight differences in color or design may occur.
Additionally, as a delicate handcrafted item, it may be sensitive to strong impact or pressure. Please handle with care to avoid distortion or stress on connecting parts.
