A. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and total package weight.
Q. How are the items packaged and inspected?
A. Each item is thoroughly inspected before shipping, with confirmation stamped on the invoice. We also document the condition with photographs and video for secure handling.
Q. What if the item arrives defective?
A. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, we will offer a refund or replacement upon verification with our inspection records. We will respond within 2 business days after the return is confirmed. Please note that refunds depend on your credit card company’s schedule.
Q. Will I need to pay import duties or VAT?
A. Yes. Import duties, VAT (or other sales/import taxes), and customs clearance fees are not included in the product or shipping prices. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon or prior to delivery. FedEx will collect any applicable fees directly from the recipient. Depending on your country's import system, you may receive a payment request before delivery is completed. We cannot undervalue invoices or mark shipments as "gifts" to avoid customs fees.
Q. How are minerals packaged?
A. Each item is carefully cushioned and wrapped based on the fragility and shape of the stone. We use ample protective materials to reduce risk of damage during transit. To ensure safety, each package is sealed with our original tamper-evident sticker, clearly indicating whether the box has been opened.
Q. Will the color or texture change over time?
A. Natural stones may subtly shift over time depending on how they are stored and handled. We consider these changes part of the living character of each stone. With gentle care, the clarity and energy of the crystal may even improve. We recommend soft cleansing methods such as moonlight exposure or spending time in nature, rather than water or salt-based techniques which may not suit all minerals.
